Worn open over a slip or belted at the waist, it falls to [length] and moves like the peignoirs of the 1930s. The name comes from the French peigner, to comb: it was the robe a woman wore while her hair was being done. Designed to be lived in: for slow mornings, evenings in, and everything between.
